Founder & Chairman
Eng. Mohamed Hegazi
A veteran architectural consultant with over 40 years of experience in design, project execution, and urban development. He founded Mohamed Hegazi Consultancies in 1984 – one of Egypt's pioneering private architecture and engineering firms – later expanding to Kuwait and the Gulf region. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the completion of more than 100 major projects, including residential, commercial, and governmental developments. He also co-founded a multinational business group with his sons, operating in real estate development, construction, international trade, and manufacturing across Egypt, Kuwait, the UAE, and China. A recognized Professional Engineer and accredited Consultant, Mohamed Hegazi is known for his visionary turnkey approach and architectural excellence — principles that continue to define every Aayan development.

a structural engineer and strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in real estate development across the MENA region. As Co-Founder and CEO of Aayan Developments, he leads the company's vision and operations, driving its growth across high-rise, commercial, and mixed-use projects. His leadership extends to founding Al Aayan Construction in Kuwait and Alburhan Hegazi General Trading in the UAE. Registered as a structural engineer in Egypt and Kuwait, Rami blends technical precision with strategic foresight, steering Aayan's evolution into a regional development powerhouse.

An architect and business strategist with over a decade of experience in urban development and real estate innovation, Ahmed Hegazi leads Aayan Developments' growth in Egypt, including its flagship Dao Towers project in the New Administrative Capital. He is also Co-Founder of Al-Aayan Construction (Kuwait) and Alburhan Hegazi General Trading (UAE). Combining design, technology, and strategic vision, he shapes Aayan's projects into innovative urban landmarks that deliver functionality, innovation, and lasting value.Vision
